Returns

If for some reason you are not totally, 100%, super stoked with your Dougal goodies, please contact us to arrange a refund or exchange (excluding postage). Unfortunately, you’ll just need to cover the return postage costs.

For online orders, you need to notify us within three days of receiving your order and return it to us within 10 days. Please email hello@wearedougal.com.au and we’ll give you a Returns Authorisation Number to include with your return. For in-store purchases, you need to either notify us via email or bring the items into store within 14 days of purchase, along with your receipt. Of course the items must be unwashed, unused and in original packaging with tags intact.

Please note there are no refunds, exchanges or credit notes on sale items. Also, we don’t offer refunds on items that are showing our courier service is able to evidence as 'delivered’.
